The North Seas Energy Cooperation announced today an agreement to reach or surpass 260 GW of offshore wind by 2050. The organization joins nine European countries (Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden), plus the European Commission (EU).
