The contentious gasducts Nord streams 1 and 2 leaked in three locations. Both gas ducts linked Russian natural gas to Germany. Since the Ukraine war started, Nord Stream 1 flow kept diminishing as EU sanctions and Russian counter-retaliations ebbed the gas flow to a halt.
